HOBSCOTCH (Home Based Self-management and Cognitive Training Changes Lives) is a behavior program designed to address memory and attention problems. It uses certain psychological strategies (self-management and problem solving therapy) to improve memory function in people with epilepsy. The program is designed to help adults with seizures find ways to manage and cope with memory problems in order to lead a happier, more productive life. The program consists of 8 sessions that occur weekly and last 45-60 minutes.
