The Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana is committed to serving the over 174,000 children, adults, and veterans with epilepsy and seizures throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana, and grateful to you for helping to make this possible. 85 cents of every dollar donated directly supports vital programs and services to improve and save lives. If you have an existing account, click “Sign In”, otherwise click “Create an Account”.
If you are a new online customer:

Enter your email address, create a password, enter your zip code, click on favorite store, and agree to the terms and conditions.

Once complete, you’ll receive a message directing you to your email inbox where you’ll find a message and link to activate your account.

Enter your email address and password and click “Sign In”.

Click Community/Community Rewards then choose enroll now, complete personal information, click save.

Enter Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana or 12661 and then click “Search”.

Select Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana and click “Save”.

To verify that you enrolled correctly, your organization’s name on the right side of your account settings page.
