  • The EF Kentuckiana and the Central Kentucky Epilepsy Support Network will be attending a proclamation signing with Lexington Mayor Linda Gorton Thursday 11/16/23 at the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government building (200 East Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky) at 5:15 ET. If you can join us, be sure to wear purple and arrive by 5:00 p.m. ET.

  • Friday, November 17 at 10:00 a.m. ET, we will be traveling to Frankfort for a ceremonial proclamation signing with Governor Andy Beshear in room 110 in the Capitol building (700 Capital Avenue, Frankfort, Kentucky). If you can make it, please wear purple and join us by 9:45 a.m. ET.

We are also excited to invite you and your family to join us next Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. ET as we light up the Big Four Bridge (the Walking Bridge) all in PURPLE! This is the second year we have done this, and we would love nothing more than to have our epilepsy community come together at the base of the bridge, which is located at 1101 River Road, Louisville, Kentucky. Weather permitting, we plan to walk the Big Four Bridge under the PURPLE lights and take in the beautiful sights of both sides of the Ohio river to celebrate being together! See you there!
Giving Tuesday is November 28, 2023 as we near the end of National Epilepsy Awareness Month, we would ask that you consider donating to EF Kentuckiana as your charity of choice. Your donation will help us continue to educate and advocate for the 174,000 people in Kentucky and southern Indiana living with epilepsy.
